DELETE ACCOUNT
Delete your account – Netherwheel
Option 1 – In the game (fastest)
- Open the game and go to the Market (or the title screen).
- Tap Settings › Account · backup · move device.
- Tap Delete account, enter your password (if you have an account) and tap Delete permanently.
Option 2 – Request by email
Email namnguyencong1612@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Netherwheel account" and your username (or leaderboard name). We verify and delete within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account (username, hashed password, remember-me tokens)
- Your character, display name and cloud save
- All leaderboard entries, "ghost" markers and pending gifts
What we keep
- Purchase receipts (product ID, order ID, timestamp; no raw payment data): up to 5 years, for accounting and fraud prevention.
- Server logs (IP, access times): automatically deleted after at most 30 days.
Progress saved on your phone never leaves the device unless you back it up; erase it in-game via Settings › Erase data & restart, or by uninstalling the app.
