Terms of Use – Netherwheel
1. Using the game
You may use the game for personal entertainment. You must not cheat (editing saves, tampering with the server, submitting fake scores), deliberately abuse exploits, or use automation tools in a way that harms other players.
2. Accounts and display names
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Display names must not be offensive, hateful, impersonating or illegal; we may rename offenders, remove their scores or suspend their accounts. Players can report bad names directly from the leaderboards.
3. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play. Virtual items have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law or Google Play policy. "Restore purchases" returns non-consumable entitlements (for example, ad removal).
4. Online services
Leaderboards, cloud save and ghosts may be paused or changed for maintenance or updates. The game remains fully playable offline.
5. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, loss of connectivity, or data you delete yourself.
